What kind of products does shiprush sell?
We specialize in smart, problem-solving products for your home, kitchen, and personal care, alongside gadgets and beauty essentials.
Is shiprush a registered company?
We are a family-run business operating as an individual entity based in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders and view your purchase history more easily.

Are your products available for bulk or wholesale purchase?
Currently, we only cater to individual retail customers and do not accept bulk or wholesale orders.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to all pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it directly on our website’s tracking page.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders with a cart value of ₹500 or above.
5. Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through reliable partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ekart, and Amazon Shipping.
💳 Payment Related
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. How does the Cash on Delivery (COD) process work?
For COD orders, our team will call you for verification. Your order will only be shipped after you confirm it over the phone. There are no extra charges for COD.
3. Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use PhonePe, a secure and trusted payment gateway, to ensure your transaction details are always protected.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product. Please note there is a fixed return shipping fee of ₹100.
2. Why is an unboxing video mandatory?
As a small business, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video to verify claims of damaged or wrong products. Without this video, we cannot process an exchange or return.
3. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders).
